Igor has an M.Sc in physics and MBA from NY Polytechnic University. He worked in Compugen's IT management and has vast experience with communications and programming, infrastructure and IT management. Prior to becoming the company's CEO, he was the company's COO for two and a half years.

Nimrod Bayer (Ph.D.) - CTO
Dr. Bayer, a founder of Plurality Ltd., has academic degrees in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Operations Research from the Israeli Technion. He has worked with IBM, M-Systems and the Research group of Distributed and Parallel Processing at the University of Tsukuba in Japan. He is the company's CTO.

| Ran Ginosar (Ph.D.) - Director
Ran Ginosar received his Bsc from the Technion in 1978, and his PhD from Princeton University in 1982, both in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1982-1983, and joined the Technion in 1983. He was a visiting Associate Professor with the University of Utah in 1989-1990, and a visiting faculty with Intel Research Labs in 1997-1999. He co-founded several companies in various application areas of VLSI systems: electronic imaging, medical devices, wireless communications and computer architecture. He is an Associate Professors with the Departments of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sccience and he serves as Head of the VLSI Systems Research Center at the Technion. His research interests include VLSI architecture, many-core computers, asynchronous logic and synchronization, networks on chip, electronic imaging and neuro-processors.

| Peleg Aviely - VP R&D
Peleg holds a B.Sc cum laude in electronic and computer engineering from Ben Gurion University. He served as senior VLSI engineer at Metalink before becoming one of Plurality's founders. He has over ten years experience in semiconductor technology.

| Alan Singer - VP Sales & Marketing
Alan has over 30 years in international sales and marketing of cutting-edge communication technology. Before joining Plurality, Alan spent 9 years as VP Sales & Marketing at Connect One Ltd., a fabless semiconductor company. Previously he held various sales and marketing positions with networking and data communications manufacturers LanOptics, Fibronics, and B.O.S. Better Online Solutions. Alan received his MS in Business from Columbia University and a BS from Cornell University.
