Dr. Bayer, the inventor of the HyperCore processor,
has been working intermittently on the development of the processor and
of related technologies since 1986.
He co-founded Plurality Ltd., and served as its CTO and executive
chairman during the first three years (until 2006).
He holds academic degrees in Computer Engineering (Summa Cum Laude), in
Electrical Engineering and in Operations Research, all from the
Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He worked at IBM's Haifa
scientific center, at the Dutch Center for Mathematics and Computer
Science (CWI) in Amsterdam and at the University of Tsukuba in Japan.

- Peleg Aviely – CTO - Chief Technology Officer.
Mr. Aviely holds a B.Sc. cum laude in electronic and
computer engineering from Ben Gurion University. He served as senior
VLSI engineer at Metalink before becoming one of Plurality's founders.
He has over ten years experience in semiconductor technology.
- Michel Ohayon (LLB) -
Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Ohayon attended Tel Aviv university
law school and has his advocacy license since 1988. He founded and owns
"Michel Ohayon & Co", one of the
known law-firms in Israel. The firm consults in business,
management, finance and fiduciary responsibility of corporate
leadership, securities law, mergers and acquisitions. He is a former
chairman of the corporate and capital market of the Israeli Bar's
forum, and currently represents the Israeli Bar Association
constitution committee, Israeli Bar, and the Institute of Certified
Public Accountants at the Knesset.
- Ran Ginosar (Ph.D.) – Board member.
Dr. Ginosar received his B.Sc. from the Technion -
Israel Institute of Technology in 1978, and his Ph.D. from Princeton
University in 1982, both in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He
worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1982-1983, and joined the
teaching staff of the Technion in 1983. He was a visiting Associate
Professor with the University of Utah in 1989-1990, and a visiting
faculty with Intel Research Labs in 1997-1999. He is an Associate
Professor with the Departments of Electrical Engineering and Computer
Science and he serves as Head of the VLSI Systems Research Center at
the Technion.
